Bollinger Bands (BB) Indicator

I'm looking for an indicator with these requirements. I work in binary options. I open trades in the 30 second candle period right? The expiration is for the next 2 minutes always. I only use Bollinger Bands period 14, deviation 2. When the 30-sec candlestick breaks a support or resistance band, with a confluence of M15.
